The dimensions and weights of the products, as stated, are approximate. If there is any question regarding availability of an item, please contact your salesperson or refer to our website. Opening order
must total $500.00.
General Public
We are thrilled with your interest in
purchasing Knud Nielsen Company natural floral products. While we do not sell
directly to the General Public, please refer to your
most accessible floral wholesale and supply
provider and request Knud Nielsen products by name. In addition,
many of our most popular products may be searched by name and found for
purchasing through online wholesalers.
Claims and Returns
Reports of damages or shortages on all shipments should be directed to your Knud Nielsen Company salesperson in a timely manner.
All shortages or damages must be noted on bill of lading upon acceptance of goods from the common carrier.
No claim will be allowed on shipments signed clear upon receipt of goods.
Knud Nielsen Company will not issue credit for shortages on shipments that are signed clear.
Return Authorization
No
returned merchandise will be credited without authorization from your salesperson.
A 15% restocking fee will
be charged where applicable.
